Yeah I do consider such extreme accumulation and consecration of wealth (and it’s corollary, power) a bad thing. They should be taxed more. We should not be dependent on philanthropic whims to redistribute wealth to society.

If we don’t want to eg limit CEO salaries bc we decide that it’s what make America super competitive and great, then ok, but you need a healthy inheritance tax. But the older we all die the slower that happens.

(side note: I don’t think one needs a $150m/year salary to retain talent but that’s a separate issue)
