Agree. I think you generally know when it’s good versus when it’s bad. What I do see happen, however, is that sometimes people immediately assume it’s bad bc they are fixated on whether their name appeared next to the idea, versus bring able to take a step back and rationally consider whether there may be other things at play other than pure ego on the mamager’s part
